- Description
- The United States Government desires to lease approximately 6,300 rentable square feet of office space, yielding 5,445 usable square feet within the Central Business District (CBD) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin: Seeking first-class office space. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space offered must be contiguous. Occupancy is desired by October 1, 2005. The lease term will be for 10 years 5 years firm. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
