- Engineering and technical services to redesign and to qualify replacements for the following items: Band 4 Sideband Modulator, P/N 12303A or 586R378H02 and Band 5 Sideband Modulator, P/N 12304A or 586R562H02. Requirement is sole source to Norsal Inc (CAGE code 19136) based on FAR 6.302-1. Period of performance is 16 months. Place of performance is contractor's facilityNotes 22 and 26 applies. Classified security clearance required. RFP anticipated issue date is 29 Jul 04.
