Description

Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, has a requirement for one Bobcat Model S220 or equivilent with the following features and accessories for year-round maintenance of parking lot and walkways. Features required include two-speed equipped with skid steer, ACS system, back-up alarm and horn, attachment control kit, cab enclosure with heater, sound option, suspension seat, and 74-inch low-profile bucket. Accessories required include 72-inch sweeper and gutter brush; quick-tach water kit, nozzle kit, and mounting kit; and SB200 snowblower 72 inches wide with hydraulic motor. The NAICS code is 423810, size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ), FA5000-04-T-0039, will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The RFQ will be issued on or about 15 July 2004 with a closing date on or about 20 July 2004. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr.gov/. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://FedBizOpps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please note that paper solicitation will not be issued, and all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on EPS. It is recommended that all interested sources register for this solicitation number, FA5000-04-T-0039, through EPS to ensure they automatically receive all updated documents to this requirement as they are posted.
