Description

Provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, components, supplies, tools and qualified supervision required for the Renovation of the Ambulatory Care Subspecialties Clinics, Building 200, 4th Floor, Phase 3, at the Edward Hines Jr., VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois 60141. Work includes all phases of the general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures, asbestos abatement and certain other items required by the construction documents, including two years Guarantee Period Services for the Nurse Call System. NAICSC code is 236220. Estimated issue date is July 29, 2004. Estimated dollar range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Award is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available free of charge at the Department of Veterans Affairs Business Opportunities System (BOS) website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Interested parties may also access the solicitation and specifications on the FedBizOpps website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. However, drawings are ONLY available on CD-ROM.
