- Notice of intent to award sole source contract to Cytyc Corp., 85 Swanson Rd., Boxboro MA. ThinPrep 2000 Reagent Rental Program. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR Part 12 and Subpart 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for bids/offers. A determination by the VA not to open this acquisition for competition based upon respones to this notice is solely within the discretion of the VA.
