- THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. NAICS code is 561730 with a size standard of $6.0 million. VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida has a requirement to establish a firm fixed price contract for grounds maintenance for the period 10/1/04 - 9/30/05 with four (4) option years for renewal. Work will consist of Contractor providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision necessary to maintain approxiately 32 acres of improved grounds. Services shall include but not be limited to, mowing, edging, weed wacking, blowing and fertilizing. Solicitation shall be issued on or about August 2, 2004. Due date shall be on or about September 2, 2004. Questions regarding the solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the Contracting Officer at 561-422-6507. A site visit has been scheduled for July 26, 2004 at 10am. Prospective offerors must contact the Contracting Officer at 561-422-6508 to confirm attendance at site visit.
