- Description
- R-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Institute for Global Environmental Strategies, Arlington, VA. To provide services for a International Symposium on commercial remote sensing. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference EA-27 NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-JAN-2003).
