- Description
- In accordance with FAR13.106-1(b), the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Wedgetail Products for authentication technology for Java application (Wedgetail JCSI SSO product). Wedgetail Products is the only known responsible source that can meet Agency Requirements. It would take substantial duplication of time and money for another company to offer an equivalent product that would meet these requirements, and these costs are not expected to be recovered through competition.
