- The US Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement for purchase and delivery of 38 each, Harris RF-1936P-10 Near Vertical Incidence Skywave (NVIS Portable Dipole Antennas or EQUAL in accordance with the description contained herein. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES/PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All Quotes/Proposals must reference the Solicitation number USZA92-04-T-0040. Clauses and provisions are available in full text at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. It is the Contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Calssification System Code (NAICS) is 334220. The Size Standard is 750 employees. This requirement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered!! The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price contractual action. THE FOLLOWING IS THE LISTING OF THE REQUIRED ITEM(S) NEEDED ON THIS CONTRACT. BRAND NAME or EQUAL . Harris RF-1936P-10 Near Vertical Incidence Skywave (NVIS) Portable Dipole Antennas for use with AN PRC 150 radio to include Antenna Base Plate. QUANTITY: 38 Each. DELIVERY: Please include shipping costs and proposed delivery dates to Fort Bragg, NC 28310. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE: the following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions are applicable to the acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial Items ; 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items , with the following evaluation factors inserted in paragraph ?a? of the provision: ?Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose quote conforms to this solicitation and is the Best Value to the Government.?
