- The solicitation number in the previous description is changed to: M00318-04-T-0010. Amendment 0002 is to make changes to renumber the CLINs and to include the year of the Options and to revise the CLIN "AA" descriptions. Also to revise Appendix I and IV descriptions (highlighted in red) and to revise Attacment II and to add Pricing of Sample Items which was inadvertently omitted, and to add Attachment III Past Performance/Experience Questionaire (which was included as Attachment II in error).
