- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire for the Norfolk Naval Foundry & Propeller Center Detachment Philadelphia, 12,500 tn of silica sand medium p-60 grade. The government intends to initiate a 1 year contract. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business firms. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of the request for proposal (RFP).
