Description
SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH: The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest Division is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 and 12 to determine if commercial items or non-developmental items are available to meet the Government's needs for Facilities Maintenance Services at Various Naval Facilities located in the following counties: San Diego Metro, Imperial County, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside County, and Los Angeles County, California. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210 Facilities Support Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $30 million. Total estimated value is $5 million per year, or $25 million for a base and four option periods. Proposed contract type is a Multiple Award Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ contract. The Government may consider performance incentives. INSTRUCTIONS TO INTERESTD PARTIES: This is not a request for proposal and a contract award will not be made from this questionnaire. NAVFAC Southwest Division is seeking sources with current relevant qualifications, experience, and capability to perform Facilities Maintenance and Repair Services at various Naval Facilities located predominantly in Southern California, but with potential work anywhere on the west coast.
