Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-03-G-0014, with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration (LMSI), 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, NY, 13827-3998, on an other than full and open competitive basis for the production and delivery of one ALQ-210 Electronic Support Measures (ESM) Hot Bench, one ALQ-210 system with four modified antennas, associated technical data, computer software, and product test verification for the MH-60R aircraft. The ALQ-210 ESM system will be operated on the ALQ-210 Hot Bench in a laboratory environment to verify correct operation of Navy generated Mission Data Loads for the ALQ-210 ESM system onboard the MH-60R helicopter. The delivery order will have a single option to be used for the procurement of one ALQ-217 Electronic Support Measures (ESM) Hot Bench, four modified ALQ 217 antennas, associated technical data, computer software, and product test verification for the E-2C aircraft. A Government owned ALQ 217 ESM system will be operated on the ALQ-217 ESM Hot Bench in a laboratory environment to verify correct operation of Navy generated Mission Data Loads for the ALQ 217 ESM system onboard the E 2C aircraft.
