- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main Street Stratford, CT 06615, on an other than full and open competitive basis for development and replacement of the MH-60R vibration control system. SAC is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the airframe for the MH-60R aircraft and the only known source possessing the knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to perform this effort. Note 22 is applicable to this synopsis (sole source).
