Description

NA POC: Jean Schilling, U.S. Geological Survey, Box 25046, MS 204A, Denver, CO 80225, Telephone: (303) 236-9239, Fax: (303) 236-5859, e-mail jschilli@usgs.gov. The U.S. Geological Survey, National Earthquake Information Center (NEIC), Advanced National Seismic System (ANSS) located in Golden, Colorado has a requirement for non-personal services to provide 1) NEIC software high level design to allow for "human assisted" processing, application monitoring system, interactive display, 2) design and development of interactive displays with WIN32 Graphical User Interface (GUI). These displays will allow analyst review and correct automatic calculates of Me and Mwp magnitudes and Moment Tensor, 3) develop an GUI for interactive calculation of Moment Tensors, 4) design and implementation of Messaging and Monitoring systems, 5) all software developed must follow the Earthworm and/or NEIC system architectures 6) programmatic access to Oracle relational database using Earthworm and NEIC API calls. Interested parties can view and download Solicitation 04CRSS0017 by going to www.ideas.nbc.gov . The solicitation is expected to be available for downloading after July 20, 2004. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. It is anticipated a one year basic contract with two option years will result from this action.
