- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites quotes on a solicitatioin for the cleaning and painting of three (3) Observation Towers at the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, located in Smyrna, DE. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. Estimated magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation issue date is on or about July 9, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. All requests must be submitted in writing to the address above or FAX to (413) 253-8450. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any request for a solicitation package shall include the company name, address, telephone number, name of the point of contact, and shall be identified by the solicitation number and the title shown above. The NAISC is 238390 and the SIC is 1761.
