- Valley Reservoirs 2004 Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to construct 13 stock-water pits and 10 wildlife reservoirs. This project is HubZone Set-Aside and the Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid and payment bonds are required. In order to be considered for award of this contract, a contractor must be registered in www.ccr.gov The Solicitation will be available on or about 21 July 2004 in electronic format only.
