- PROJECT TITLE: Sacramento River Flood Control Project, Upper Sacramento Area, Phase V, Colusa County, California. This procurement is 100% set-aside for firms under the 8(a) Program located within the geographical area serviced by the Small Busines s Administration in San Francisco, CA. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Upper Sacramento Area is one of five components comprising the Sacramento River Flood Control Project originally authorized in 1917. This phase of construction includes the installation of a slurry cutoff barrier through the levee cr own on the right bank of the Sacramento River near the city of Colusa. The slurry cutoff barrier is expected to be approximately 14,000 feet long and excavated to an approximate depth of 40-feet deep. Construction of the project will also include the rep lacement and temporary bypass of multiple utility lines as well as maintenance of public pedestrian and vehicle access through portions of the project site. NAICS CODE: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS 237990. The size standard for this NA ICS code is $28.5 Million. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
