- The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) plans to acquire under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price Contract, CASE Assembly, Accessory. NSN: 5805-00-392-8058, Part No. A3104884. Quantity 150. Packaging and m arking shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging (ASTM D 3951). Ship to address is New Cumberland Army Depot. The Government intends to award using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued o n or about July 22, 2004. Drawings will be attached to the Solicitation when issued. Quotes should be submitted through the IBOP by August 23, 2004 by 1600 hours. The response date specified in this notice will be overridden by the response date specifie d in the solicitation once issued. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send, and receive information from the IBOP website at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
