- The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR Part 12 a Sole Source Award to Dialogic Communications Corporation, 730 Cool Springs Blvd, Franklin, TN 37067. The NAICS is 541511 and the business size is $21.0 million. Dialogic Communications Corporation will provide Win 2000 DCC Communicator Upgrade and annual support service for the Wing COMMAND Post, Schriever AFB, CO. The proposed contract action is for which the government intends to award to one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider proposals received within 24 hours after the date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
