- This modification is issued to emphasize that this is a full & open competition acquisition including an insurance buy with options. Ordering period may be from date of award through 48 months. NSN: 6020-01-154-0144RY, P/N: 566081-801 applicable to AN/GRC-206(V)5. Mission Essential Quantity of 25 Ea with MEQ Option of 25 Each in the following incremental ranges 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20 and 21-25. Production Quantity is 25 ea with 3 options of 20, 10 and 8. The approximate issue date is 6 Jul 04. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with AFMC FAR Sup 5352.217-9018. If a proven source is not the low offeror, the basic quantity may be split into a First Article quantity for award to the low unproven offeror and a Minimum Essential Quantity for award to the proven source with the balance of the requirement established as options in both contracts. This solicitation contains export controlled information and as a result, the data itself will not be posted. Instructions on how to access the data will be posted with the solicitation.
