- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 339992, Size Standard 500 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F1146B41620100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24, Effective 18 Jun 2004. The Government intends to award thirty one contract line items as follows: (CLIN 0001) Shure Beta 56A Microphone or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: Frequency response: 50 to 16,000 Hz; compact design; supercardioid pattern; built-in stand adapter. QUANTITY: 4 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0002) Shure KSM137 Microphone or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: Cardioid polar pattern; Class A discrete; transformerless preamplifier; gold-plated internal and external connectors; subsonic filter; switchable 15 dB pad; extended frequency response; low self noise; can withstand high sound pressure levels; no crossover distortion. QUANTITY: 3 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA (CLIN 0003) Neumann KMS105-Black or equivalent. If providing an equivalent item, it must meet the following performance specifications: 4-layer acoustic filter that minimizes popping and wind noise; supercardioid polar pattern; low self noise and uncolored off-axis pickup.
