- This procurement is to purchase horticultural services to include the function of horticulturist, landscape designer, and greenhouse manager for Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex AL. Solicitation FA3300-04-T-0027 (to include statement of work) will be issued electronically at a later date. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. This action will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541320 with a small business size standard of $5.0M. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be eligible for award. All responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered This purchase is contingent upon availability of funds.
