Description
The following changes are made to the synopsis for solicitation FA7037-04-R-0008: From: The Air Intelligence Agency (AIA) has a requirement to analyze known and emerging vulnerabilities specifically related to the use of stenographic tools and techniques and develop methods to detect stenography. To: The Air Intelligence Agency (AIA) has a requirement to analyze known and emerging vulnerabilities specifically related to the use of steganographic tools and techniques and develop methods to detect steganography. The due date for offers is hereby reopened. Offers are due no later than 9 Jul 04 at AIA/LGCK, Attn: Bill Kaufman, 102 Hall Blvd, Suite 258, San Antonio TX 78243-7030. The previous portion of the synopsis that is not changed follows: The contractor will develop a prototype system that will allow for the real-time embedding and recovery of data within images. This project is known as Phase II Advanced Signals Processing for Information Recovery and Examination (ASPIRE). These requirement are described further in the Statement of Work, which is uploaded with the solicitation. Offerors are required to provide a firm fixed price which includes all cost (labor, travel, material, indirect cost). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
