- The G.V.(Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS intends to negotiate sole source with Dr. Gaston Rodriquez to provide Follow-Up Services in the Pacemaker Clinic on the FIRST AND THIRD WEDNESDAYS of each month, for the period October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005. Solicitation will be released on or about July 21, 2004. Request for solicitation must be in writing. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. The fax number is 601-364-1346.
