- Provide all vehicles, equipment and personnel necessary to provide Shuttle Bus Services for VA beneficiaries. Bus Route No. 1 - From VA Outpatient Clinic (OPC), Columbus, Ohio to VA Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio and back to VA OPC, Columbus; Bus Route No. 2 - From VA Medical Center (VAMC), Chillicothe, Ohio to VAMC Dayton, Ohio to VA OPC, Columbus, Ohio and back to VAMC Chillicothe. Contract period one (1) year to commence October 1, 2004 or date of award, which ever is later, through September 30, 2005 with 2 - one (1) year renewal options, all subject to availability of funds. RFP tentatively scheduled to be issued o/a 7-16-04 and RFP document will be posted o/a that date. Requests for hardcopy of the solicitation document must be in writing and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Telephone requests will not be accepted. NAICS 485210. 100% set-aside for Small Business. See Numbered Note No. 1.
