The clamshell opening seal shall be a double o-ring seal with a volume between the two o-rings that can be evacuated. The clamshell shall open with a hinge with an axis in the plane of the sealing surface on the upper side of the clamshell. An opening mechanism shall be part of the package. The chamber shall also have support structures such that four air cushion vibration isolation feet can be placed under it. The chamber, its rough dimensions, and its proposed support structures and opening mechanism shall be provided in the solicitation.
