- THIS MODIFICATION IS HEREBY ISSUED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE AND CLOSING DATE OF SOLICITATION NUMBER, SP0450-04-R-4743. THE ISSUE DATE WILL BE ON AUGUST O4, 2004 WITH A CLOSING DATE OF SEPTEMBER 07,2004. ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SOLICITATION REMAINS THE SAME. Solicitation Number, SP0450-04-R-4743, LTC04112020431, consists of (1) NSN 6850-01-412-5579, Cleaning Compound, Solvent. FOB Destination. Destination inspection required. First Article Contractor Testing required. 57 days First Article Production/Contractor Test time, 30 days Report Approval time, 57 days delivery time. Total delivery is 144 days ARO. QAP 010 applies. The request for proposal is a commercial Small Business Set-Aside, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and four options years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 882 BX. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 98 BX. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SRG) Richmond, VA depot and (AQ5) Sharpe, CA. MSDS is required. Solicitation will contain Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provision. The solicitation will issue on August 4, 2004 ? with a closing date of September 7, 2004.
