- Solicitation Number, SP0450-04-R-4753, YPG04175000833, consists of (1) NSN 8120-01-356-5961, Cylinder, Compressed Gas Bromotrifluoromethane, R-1301 (Fire Only) Specification Product Dot 4BW400, 1240 LB Product Capacity. This item is an Ozone Depleting Substance. Certification will be required. FOB Destination. Destination inspection required. QAP 001 applies. The purchase request quantity is 200 each. Requested delivery 191 days ARO. This NSN is procured as Fully Competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications. This non-commercial, unrestricted request for proposal will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Cylinder shall be provided with two valves, valve NSN 8120-01-315-8507 conforming to the part numbers cited in the procurement item description. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on August 9, 2004 ? with a closing date of September 9, 2004.
