- Panel, Structural Aircraft, NSN 1560-00-083-7811, R-R041690010000. Part Number 5-96735-3. A Boeing "Rights Guard" protected technical data package exists for this item. To request a copy of the package a completed DSCR Form P42, Certification for the Use of Rights Guard Technical Data, must be submitted to: Defense Supply Center Richmond, ATTN: DSCR-VADS (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. Form can also be downloaded via the internet at www.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. RFP is to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) w/provisions for four option periods. FOB Destination w/Inspection & Acceptance Destination. Requested delivery 155 days after receipt of order. Surge does not apply. Quantities: Estimated/Guaranteed/Maximum quantities for Base Period - 14/10/22 each. For each option period: 16/4/32 each. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date in the RFP. RFPs are in the portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available. The RFP issue date is on or about July 19, 2004.
