- Description
- In support of NAF Atsugi Japan the Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound will issue a full and open, non-commercial RFP on or about 14 April 2004 for one each REMANUFACTURED, (Truck, Aircraft, Cargo Loading-Unloading) with 25,000-pound capacity NSN 3930-01-260-8182. In accordance with cancelled Mil-T-38045B. Copies of MIL/FED specs may be obtained from the ASSIST database on the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil Inspection and acceptance FOB Origin, contractor’s facility. The desired delivery time is 120 days after award of contract. This procurement is subject to the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. This is a non commercial (FAR Part 12) acquisition based on market research. When issued the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link. www.neco.navy.mil All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to rabi.peifer@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. This office will maintain no bidder list. No paper copies of the RFP/Amendments will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation that shall be considered by FISCPS.
