- Description
- The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified firms for the construction of a Postal Service-owned facility of approximately 32,400 square feet in Las Vegas, Nevada to be known as Westridge Station. The facility will be located on a postal-owned site bordered by Miller Lane, Quail Avenue and Russell Road. Coordination with local jurisdictions, application, payment and submission for plan check and permits will be required and are the responsibility of the contractor. Estimated construction cost range is $4,000,000-$6,000,000. The work is to be completed in 365 days after notice to proceed. The proposal must contain the offeror?s overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 5%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
