- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to satisfy various space requests for lease terms between 1 and 5 years for the following blocks of space: (a) 2,500 to 5,000 Rental Square Feet; (b) 4,000 to 10,000 Rentable Square Feet; (c) 10,000 to 25,000 Rentable Square Feet, and (d) 25,000 to 100,000 Rental Square Feet. OCCUPANCY: Offerors must be able to deliver space with substantial buildout within 30 days of lease award. DELINEATED AREA: The space must be located within the Central Employment AREA (CEA) of the District of Columbia, in Northern Virginia in Arlington or Fairfax counties, in the cities or towns of Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, Vienna, Herndon, or Manasses, or in Loudoun County within 7 miles of the perimeter of Dulles Airport, in Maryland in Prince George's County or in Montgomery County.
