- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and constitutes the only solicitation; No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center-San Diego Office intends to award on a Sole Source basis, a firm fixed price contract issued in accordnce with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Avantix, 2700 Navajo Road, El Cajon, CA 92020 for 1 ea Colts Database Software License and 1/8 manhours Colts related Oracle Support for one year. Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government.
