- Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals to install vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, trim, and accessories to cover the existing gables, soffit, fascia, ceiling joists, and support columns of group shelters in Choctaw, N arrows, Shiloh, and Sugar Loaf Parks at Greers Ferry Lake, and also to cover the exterior wood portions of toilet buildings in Dam Site Park at Greers Ferry Lake. In addition, provide, deliver, and install 10' X 14 wood framed, skid-mounted, gatehouse in accordance with the specifications. A site visit is scheduled for July 8, 2004 at the Greers Ferry Project Office at 10:00 a.m. For more information concerning the site visit you may contact Sean Harper at 501-324-5756. The Solicitation will be made avai lable on or about July 2, 2004. Quotes are due on or about July 20, 2004. The solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Divisions Internet website on or about July 2, 2004 so that you may download it. The solicitation will not be made available in p aper or any other format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper or another medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. All documents required for the submittal of quotes including amendments, shall be in pap er medium. Offers will be accepted via mail and fax at 501-324-5196. Vendors are requested to register as plan holders in order to receive notification of any changes. You may register and download this solicitation at the USACE Little Rock District Elec tronic Bid Solicitation Internet website. (https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil) This action is 100 percent set aside for small business. NAICS # 236210 or #233310 will apply with a size standard of $28,500,000.
