Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to purchase from Joplin Beepers, Inc, doing business as Midwest Paging, Inc., Purdy, MO, on a sole source basis, for the following: Item 0001) Numeric Page rs (11 each). Item 0002) Alpha Numeric Pagers (291 each) for a base period and three option periods. This requirement is intended to be sole sourced to this company, as they are the current provider and they are the only known service provider with cover age required for Fort Leonard Wood. Coverage must reach Kirksville, MO to the north; Pittsburgh, MO to the west; Arkansas border to the south; and St. Louis, MO to the east. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517211 with a size standard of 1500 employees. Any resultant contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract. Any firms believing that they can provide these or equal items may submit a written reponse with information about their product to be received at the Contract ing Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The response must clearly show capability of their item to provide the item without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the equipment and without causing hards hip to the program.
