- The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Proquest Information and Learning Company, 300 N Zeeb Road, P.O. Box 1346, Ann Arbor, MI. 48106, for 1 each, Catalog No. GPR, Gerneral Periodicals on disc with PA Research II (Image Package), service for 2 years, January 2005- December 2006. 1 each, Catalog No. PAR, Periodical Abstract Research II, service for 2 years. 1 each, Catalog No. RSCHPKG, Research Library package, online service for 2 years. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified publications and quantities, they must respond to this notice before 1500hrs (Central Time) on 7 July 2004. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Proquest Information and Learning Company will be pursued. The POC for this notice is TSgt William P.
