- Description
- The VISN 6 Contracting Activity will issue on or about July 19, Solicitation No. IFB 246-04-01555, Fence and Sidewalk Repairs. The work shall be performed at the VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia. This procurement is 100% set aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB). Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to perform work necessary to replace and/or repair perimeter fencing and sidewalks located adjacent to Building 10. Work shall be performed within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost for this project is less than $25,000.00. NAICS Code 238990 with a small business size standard of $12.0 million applies. The date and time of the pre-bid conference will be contained in the solicitation. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
