- Provide Emergency Opiate Substitution Services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, New Orleans, LA for the period of one (1) year with four (4) option year renewals. The issue date for this solicitation is on or after July 12, 2004 and the bid opening date is August 17, 2004 at 2:00PM Central Standard Time. Bid opening will be held at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, Building 2, Room 405, New Orleans, LA. All requests for solicitation packages must be in writing; telephone requests will not be accepted. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System standard for this procurement is 621420 - $8.5 Million.
