- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Boise, ID has a requirement for pre-surgical examinations to screen and evaluate for Cataract surgery procedures for eligible patients. All procedures are required to be completed by September 30, 2004. It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made. Contractor to provide complete cataract surgery procedures to eligible VA beneficiaties to include A-Scan Biometry, intraocular lense, anesthesia services, Phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intraocular lense implantation and all post-operative refraction checks. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS code 621111, $8.5 Million applies.
