- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) is interested in obtaining preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for ten (10) elevators and one (1) chair lift in Building 101, South Campus at our facility located in the Research Triangle Park, NC. The period of performance for this requirement shall be from October 15, 2004 through October 14, 2005 with four one year option renewal periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238290 . All responsible resources may be submitted a bid which shall be considered by the Agency. *****
