- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), has a requirement for DNA Sequencing at the Vaccine Research Center (VRC), Bethesda, MD, for a period of 12-months with options to renew for two successive 12-month periods beginning on August 16, 2004. Contractor shall be required to deliver unambiguous, verified, usable DNA sequence with PHRED quality values of at least 20. Each sequence reaction shall generate at least 600 bases in length. Perform sequence task using as little as 100ng plasmid DNA template per sequence reaction; with plasmid size between 4 and 16 kilobases; and process up to 150 samples per day. Delivery of DNA sequence and the associated chromatograms will be required within 24-hours after receipt of order. The RFP will be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about July 16, 2004. No paper copies will be distributed.
