- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. KYLE GUARD STATION BUNKHOUSE. This project involves providing and installing a modular bunkhouse that will be used as an eight to twelve person temporary structure located on the lower trailer site in the Kyle Canyon Guard Station. This project will include a modular bunkhouse, all utilities, site prep, transportation of the structure, leveling, concrete steps, appliances, and setup so that this is a turnkey facility. From the north side of Las Vegas, Nevada, drive on US highway 95 to State Route 157 (Kyle Canyon Road). Drive on SR 157 west for 18 miles. The Kyle Guard Station will be on the left just behind the Kyle Canyon Visitor Center. NAICS code: 236220; size standard is $28.5 Million. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,00. Estimated start date is 9/01/04 with 30 calendar days for completion. This proposed procurement is under this Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
