- LTC04083019442 Solicitation Number, SP0450-04-R-3651, LTC04083019442, consists of (1) NSN 6810-00-264-3939, Chromium Trioxide, Technical D.O.T Class: 5.1, Shipping Name: Chromium Trioxide, Anhydrous, UN1463, PGII in accordance with A-A-55827A. The request for proposal will be solicited as Full and Open competition, unrestricted. FOB Destination. Destination inspection required. QAP 251 applies. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Item is commercial. The request for proposal will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 1,225 DR. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 229 DR. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SRG) Richmond, VA depot. MSDS is required. Solicitation will contain Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provision. The solicitation will issue on July 26, 2004 ? with a closing date of August 26, 2004.
