- LTC04112020477 Solicitation Number, SP0450-04-R-4742, LTC04112020477, consists of (1) NSN 6850-01-434-1191, Refill, Duster Assembly, Tetrafluoroethane R13A, D.O.T. Class: 2.2, Shipping Name: 1,1,1,2 ? Tetrafluoroethane UN3159. FOB Destination. Destination inspection required. This is a part numbered item. QAP 251 applies. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. This is a commercial item. The request for proposal will be solicited as Full and Open competition, unrestricted. The request for proposal will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 2,634 BX. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 179 BX. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery going to (SRG) Richmond, VA depot and (AQ5) Sharpe, CA. MSDS is required. Solicitation will contain an Economic Adjustment (EPA) provision. The solicitation will issue on ? July 30, 2004 ? with a closing date of August 30, 2004.
