Description

All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to receive an award. The website address for registration is: http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. This requirement is to repair 32 M1 Abrams Mine Plows at 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for all op erational maintenance, services and repairs to include the following: Cleaning and servicing, disassembly as needed for repair, inspection of all welds, test motors and replace if needed, replace all non-functioning or damaged parts, straighten/realign com ponents, reassembly and primer painted, and pickup and delivery. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 12.1. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (no addenda), and FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representation s and Certifications-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. DFARS Clause 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders A pplicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items applies with the following applicable clauses in paragraph (b): 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and 252.247-7023, Transportation of S upplies by Sea, Alternate III. U.S. Departm ent of Labor Wage Determination 1994-2309, Revision 29 is incorporated into this solicitation and shall be applicable to any resultant contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code applicable to this acquisition is 541330 and the small business size standard is $4M. This solicitation is unrestricted.
