- Description
- This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. For the mandatory services as Fiscal Agent and as Selling Agent for the CDCs hereunder, the contractor shall be compensated monthly on a fixed price basis for its services. For the optional services as Fiscal Agent and as Selling Agent for the CDCs hereunder, the contractor shall be compensated in accordance with the clauses of FAR 52-216-18, Ordering; FAR 52-216-19, Delivery Order Liminitations; and Task Ordering Procedures. Any compensation received by the contractor pursuant to this contract shall be paid solely out of the MRA Fee Subaccount as maintained by the Central Servicing Agent pursuant to that certain Master Servicing Agent Agreement SBAHQ-95-C-8157 dated as of December 10, 1996, between SBA and Colson Services Corp., as Central Servicing Agent or any successor thereto. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2004).
