- The General Services Administration, Special Services Division will contract to provide a one-time service to perform Preventive Maintenance and Hydrostatic Testing on Government-Owned Fire Extinguishers for a period of (1) year starting October 01, 2004 through September 30, 2005 within the National Capital Region of Washington, D.C. The Pre-bid Conference is schedule for Monday, August 9th, 2004, at 10:00 AM., location General Services Administration, Special Services Division, 3101 Pennsy Drive, Landover, Maryland. Due to security ONLY (1) Representative per company is allowed to attend the pre-bid conference. Please e-mail the individual?s name and driver license number. The solicitation will be posted electronically through this web site: www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about July 20th, 2004. All interested parties may download the solicitation from the internet.
