- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345 requires. CLIN 0001: 6 Each Drawer Router, in accordance with drawing 20534669G01, Rev C, and associated drawing PL 20534669G01 Rev B. The drawings listed herein are Export Controlled. Only vendors that are registered with the DOD, Joint Certification Program and provide a completed DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement are eligible to receive copies of the drawings. The Export Controlled Drawings will be provided under separate cover in accordance with the requirements stated in ?Instructions for Obtaining Export-Controlled Technical Data? and completion of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. Additional information regarding this program may me obtained at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp; CLIN 0002: 4 Each Cu stom VME Chassis, part number 510-1088-F00-00, known manufacturer Tracewell Systems; CLIN 0003: 4 Each Custom VME Chassis, part number 510-1088-F01-00, known manufacturer Tracewell Systems. The required delivery date is 30 days after date of award. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA. 98345. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334111 and size standard of 1,000.When issued, the RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is antici pated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/solicitation.htm) on or about 30 June 04 with award anticipated 13 July 04. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered notes 1, 8 applies.
