- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with AAI for Operations and Manual Mode Training services on the Joint Service Electronic Combat Systems Tester (JSECST) for the Australian Royal Air Force. Contractor must be able to provide Physical and block diagram training, Operator's control and indicators training, Test Set Operation training, Core Test Set (CTS) removal and replacement training as well as Power distribution training. Scheduled period of performance is 16-26 August 2004. It is intended to award an order under BOA N68335-01-G-0379. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon this response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice.
